  • Most orders ship within a few days but please allow up to 10 days for processing. Normally, packages take 5-15 business days from the shipping date to arrive at the destination.

    You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped. Sometimes these emails end up in the spam or junk folders.

  • Please double check that your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct. I cannot refund an order if it has been lost due to an incorrect address.

  • I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services. 

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges so double check your order before submitting. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect, please contact me.
